・Shipping Method

We ship from Japan using EMS (Express Mail Service). Orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 days. Please note that depending on your location, EMS may not be available or delivery may be temporarily suspended. We kindly ask you to confirm this before making a purchase.

Additionally, we are not responsible for any accidents or loss that may occur during shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

・Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, import duties and other taxes may be charged when the package arrives in the destination country.

We do not cover any duties or taxes.

These fees vary depending on the country, so please make sure to check with your local customs office before placing your order.

If you refuse to pay the customs duties or taxes upon the package’s arrival in the destination country, the item will be returned to us at your expense. In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the return shipping cost, but please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
